Contract of Service :
The Company, in consideration of the payment of the fee, in reliance upon the statements in the Contract of Service Schedule which forms part hereof, and subject to all the terms and conditions of this Warranty, agrees with the Owner named in the Contract of Service as follows:

Limits of Liability :
OPTION 1 Plan : Up to $500.00* per repair to a maximum of $1,500.00 during the Warranty period.
OPTION 2 Plan : Up to $1,000.00* per repair - unlimited number of claims.
OPTION 3 Plan : Up to $1,500.00* per repair - unlimited number of claims.
